Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS: Any appointment cancelled within 48 hours of scheduled appointment will result in a charge of 50% of total service charge.
NO CALL, NO SHOW: Any person who does not show up to their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the total service cost. Said person will also be blocked from any future bookings.
LATE POLICY: Any person who is 10 minutes or later to scheduled appointment time will be asked to reschedule for a later date and 50% of the total service will be charged.
GUESTS: To ensure the safety and well-being of all clients, including children, unattended minors under the age of 18 are not allowed inside our studio. Since we are a licensed tattoo facility this policy aligns with health department guidelines and helps maintain a focused and sterile environment during procedures. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in prioritizing everyone's safety.
